I just wanted to encourage Pro/NC users out there to attend the upcoming PTC/User Manufacturing Technical Committee meeting to be held at PTC headquarters in Needham, MA on January 17, 2006. Yes, you must be a member of the technical committee to attend these meetings (there is also another meeting at every conference in June). Do you have issues with the process manager? Are you frustrated with trying to teach a new user both the old menu manager as well as the new Wildfire dashboard and right mouse button functionality? Don't you wish you could have full gouge checking capability on any component in your solid tool assembly? Have you ever counted the clicks that it takes to extend surface edges using the mill surface menus?
I know that PTC has a plan for Pro/NC. Why not try to make this meeting and be heard? Your interests and opinions might result in a much better release of Pro/NC for everyone.
