When we create pro lite weld on an assembly and give ID to it ,Is there any method to lock it?
Currently with drawing changes, if I delete a weld, and if the checkbox for weld option "Keep ID in sequence" is not ticked, then whole subsequent IDs renumbers themselves which we don’t want .
Similalry if I tick the check box of "Keep ID in sequence", then subsequent additional weld will first fill up the unused weld IDs and later will keep it on appending in sequence.
Is there any way by which I can lock the weld IDs, so that they will be unique in nature.
e.g. If I have 5 welds in a component with sequence IDs 1 to 5, In next revision I deleted 2nd and 4th weld, and added 3 new welds then, for new welds Creo should generate the IDs like 1,3,5,6,7,8.
