We did something like this.

We publish our drawings to PDF using OOTB CAD Worker functionality.

We use the Export functionality of the WTPart, which will create a jar or zip file. From there you can get the PDFs, unfortunately, they are in their own jar files and you need to extract them.

From what I've seen of 10, there is no functionality to easily expose the visualization files, but I haven't checked that much yet.

Packages will do this. It might be a few more clicks than you want but an extra few minutes will really leverage the object relationships and get you what you need. I would disable the worker integration as it might make things quicker.

Rakesh,

If you do not find an acceptable solution creating PDFs of part drawings of
an assembly through the PTC products, please consider Plot Service for
Windchill (PSW) from Etrage LLC. PSW has an option for creating PDFs of all
related drawings for an assembly.

PSW has been developed to plot or create viewable files such as PDF, IGES or
ProductView files in three modes of operation. The first is to
automatically monitor Windchill and process objects when there has been a
Lifecycle or Revision change or at Check-in. The second is a batch mode
where PSW will process all models identified in a text file list. The third
is through an On-Demand mode where a user can search for models and execute
requests in Windchill for required drawings, parts or assemblies.
Processing can be filtered by Windchill Attributes or a character string in
the models CAD Name, Name or Number.

PSW operates on models stored in Windchill PDMLink or INTRALINK 9, 9.1, 10
or 10.1 or on a Windows file system.

PSW can be configured to automatically create the following viewables: 2D
formats - PDF, HPGL, DWG, 2D STEP, DXF, TIFF, BMP, JPG and EPS as well as
plotting, local printing and native CAD drawing, part and assembly formats
and archive format for downstream applications or communication with
customers or suppliers. 3D formats - ProductView, JT, VRML, IGES, STEP,
3DVIA, ACIS, STL and Shrink-Wrap. Windchill and CAD attributes and
parameters can also be written to a configurable template file for use
supply chain, MRP and ERP applications.

PSW operates on Creo 1 & 2, Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 3, 4, & 5, CATIA V5, NX,
Inventor, AutoCAD and SolidWorks models, Microsoft Office Word, Excel,
PowerPoint and VISIO files and download Windchill documents managed by
Windchill.
