Note that ASPICE stands for Automotive SPICE, so it is a standard for the Automotive industry.   The practices in this standard would apply to any safety critical or regulated industry (such as Medical), but it has not been adopted as a standard for the Medical industry.   

So are you looking for a framework to apply ASPICE to the Medical industry, or are you looking for a framework for a corresponding  Medical standard (such as ISO-13485, IEC-62304, IEC-60601, or IEC-62366)?
