Excel Import Drop Down List and Math

I am trying to create a review form for our requirement reviews importing from an excel sheet. I wanted to have a cell that had a drop down list of values. I also had 2 cells that took a time input and in a third cell gave the difference in time. I was wondering if it were possible to import these items into Codebeamer from my excel sheet.
