Hello PTC Community,
We currently have installed a test version of your Codebeamer 2.2. Sadly, we can't access the web interface, and we cannot find the issue. It just gives back HTML 404.
We can't find any clue as to why it does this. It previously worked fine.

There are numerous reasons why this could be happening. Given that error 404 means "Not Found", without more detailed information, we won't be able to assist you. I would suggest working with your IT/DevOps team to verify that your servers and routing are configured correctly and all services are running.
