Hi,

I tried to create a codebeamer virtual environment according to the course guide page 14 in codebeamer technical essential course, but no templates showed up...What should I do?

You don't have access to the above mentioned templates, this is the reason why it is not visible for you. 

 

Could you please send me (gkosa@ptc.com) the following information?
1.) who informed you about this opportunity, that the templates should be visible for you? Send me the name of the PTC employee please.
2.) What is your user name on the https://portal.ptc.io/ProvPortal/login.action portal?
