Saving pkg or bdl creates a png thumbnail of the selected objects saved in the package.
Creo View Adapter in the Windchill Visualization Services makes thumbnails for all object published.
What is missing for me is a function (lisp) client side to obtain thumbnails for all sdac or sdpc saved.
The command "create_thumbnail" creates a screenshot of the "instant view" in CEDM and not a selection of the objects. I can't use it client side while the user works because he would see a blinking screen for many time (with a big model in session).
I tried to open a case (C15577782) but I couldn't obtain solutions.
