I'm asking to add to the lisp Windchill functions also a function to get the Windchill Url.
I need it for a customization.
For now I'm reading environment variable PTC_WF_ROOT and the file .srv_mgr_db3.fldx reading the <active_server> tag but I would like something more safe for future versions.
