Duplicate existing user groups to another (new) user (C13514081\63575)

I would like to be able to create a new user from the credentials of an existing user.  i.e. a new user X, joins the Design Office, and needs to be in the same groups as existing user Y.  Currently have to create user and manually add to relevant groups.
