In MM it is possible to directly email another MM user by clicking on a 'user' link in the 'Details' box of a record i.e.

Currently, MM will provide email template, only populating the user idenitified in 'Details' link.  Additional users need to be manually typed out.

We would like to be able to select additional MM users from a list, when sending an email from the MM client.

It would be nice to have an option to email all users in cases where the system may be down for maintenance.

You used to be able to do this in the Classic client?  Haven't checked to see if it's available in the later versions....!

Is for sure possible as customization - all basic components exist.

However, I do not think that the request will ever be implemented in standard MM.

If you think that a customer will pay for this Feature, implement it as customization.

Agreed. This was possible with good old Workmanager and has been lost with Model Manager.

You can still use WM Client to "send message to all" but it won't arrive at Model Manager Clients.
