PTC Case C12154695 : Two large customer wants to upgrade to CED 18.1 (now on 17) including MM databse. New server is present but with windows 2012. Cannot find any official support details for version 18.1. Any testings/news on this item.

Thank you for your query. I have taken over the responsibility of your case, please note that Microsoft Windows 2012 is not supported with 18.1 , as also noted in the Platform Support documentation, and currently there are no plans for testing.
However not supported doesn’t mean Model Manager 18.1 will not work.
I don't know if there are any other companies with the same question?
For us and the customer it is very important to get support in this from PTC. So with this I would like sendin the idea for server 2012 environment testing with modelmanager server 18.1.
