If you need to reset the user password in Model Manager you need to do this in the database. It would be nice to have that functionality directly in the Model Manager UI so the sys admin can reset the password fast and easy.
I can easily implement this command as customization, if you want
Alternatively, use "external authentication" - then you can use additional features. e.g. "Password aging", "Password policy"
and you do this on your doman controller (no need to do it "in the database").
Standalone MM 19 has a "reset password" function in the U/I - you need to logon as Administrator (e.g. medmgr)
Did you try/consider the two alternatives?
a) "reset Password" of MM V19?
b) External Authentication?
