I installed the Creo Elements / Direct model and it is very slow I can not work, can you help me in this correction window 10?

Check the HW requirements. (Unfortunately, the support pages of PTC are currently unavailable due to maintenance)
Which version are you using? Also did you get any message as well? for example "vrfrozen error"
