Not sure if this applies, but will share. Among other hats I wear, I am the current Standard Parts Librarian at my company. We have all our standard parts in a Windchill Library context. Only a few admin people have rights to create new and modify the wtparts and CAD docs related to this library context. We have tons of legacy standard parts data that I gradually have been moving to this library. When I move these, I make sure wtpart, CAD docs and pdf docs equal in naming and revisions. Recently been making sure the wtpart and CAD models are associative since we are planning to drive our BOMs from the CAD models.
