I just rolled out CREO2 and have one user that had it freeze on them. They killed the CREO session and now they cannot launch CREO past the point where it pops up a screen saying that the previous session was aborted and asks them the question if the want to retrieve previous session or if they just want to continue. Doesn't allow us to make a pick or anything. It just sits there. Any ideas on what I need to delete to get this to work?
