Color Code in Relations window

Does anybody know of a way to color code text lines within a relations window?

We would like to have the ability to color text red when we make a change in a relation. This will allow for easier decoding of the relations when we make future changes.

Not sure that color is an option, but you can always put comments in to help future changes by adding the comments. Such as:
