Compatibility Roadmap

I am looking at the Pro/E Data Management Compatibility Roadmap. The date on this document is Sept 2009. Does anyone know why the document doesn't have a newer date? That is an awfully long time ago in the CAD/Data Management world.

I'd like to see what the supporting builds of Pro/E and PDMLink are to Windows 7.

In case there is anyone out there that was unaware as I was...here is what builds Windows 7 is supported by.
For the client:
PDMLink 9.1 M040
Introductory support for WF4: M120 and full support starting at M150 (not sure what the difference is)
