Constrain sketcher mapkey... very hand!

Something I tried the other day.

Create mapkeys for the sketcher constrians,

cs = constrain symetrical

cc = contrain consistant

cm = contrain middle

ct = constrain tangent

and so on, and so on.

I find it very handy

I agree. I went so far as to add those mapkeys to buttons in the sketcher
toolbars, with appropriate icon images.
