Cost estimating tool

Hello,

We are looking into different tools to let our designers perform some early cost estimates for the designs. I want to ask if you know of some tools that can do the trick. We are running Creo 2.0 and Windchill 10.1.

We investigated and ran a pilot of apriori last year. It seems very capable, though it may take some admin effort to tweak vendor capability. It is also VERY expensive and even though we are a huge company, our build quantities make a tool like this difficult to get a positive ROI. We ended up not continuing with it for this reason.
