Creo Parametric 2.0 - downloads as shortcut

Hi,

I've downloaded Creo 2.0 as a student onto my desktop following the instructions given from the administrator account but the software is coming up as a shortcut on my desktop. When I click on it it tells me that it can't find it and asks me to Browse for it....Im pretty rubbish with stuff like this, can anyone help please?!

Once the software is downloaded you run it to install the software.

It is difficult to trace what you have done so far, so maybe you only saved the shortcut to the download site, or you downloaded the software and is ready to install. If you installed it, then there is something wrong with the shortcut.

I would get back with whoever gave you the software link and see if they can help. If you purchased the software, you can also ask for support from PTC:
