Is there a way to rotate a component in an Explode State?

Are you trying to have a component within your assembly rotate independently
of the rest of your assembly, or are you just trying to get the entire
exploded assembly to rotate.
I rotate full assemblies all the time when they're exploded. Perhaps you
need to try setting your config.pro option to "shade_moving_comp" to yes.
If what your looking for is to have your entire shaded assembly stay
visible, and shaded, as you rotate it.
