Nope, it wasn't working yesterday either (5/10/10). They updated the UI
to some tree based thing and I am now getting "Document Not Found" errors
with everything I try to download. It doesn't matter if it's in the
latest released section or older versions. Nothing works. Hopefully
technical support is working vigorously to fix the issue.

It is working for me. Patrick is correct that the UI is now tree based.
