Nope, it wasn't working yesterday either (5/10/10). They updated the UI to some tree based thing and I am now getting "Document Not Found" errors with everything I try to download. It doesn't matter if it's in the latest released section or older versions. Nothing works. Hopefully technical support is working vigorously to fix the issue.
