Lybrary submission process

Hi pros!

Would you be willing to share your library submission process with me. I am in the process of creating one and would

like to see if I am missing steps. So far it is as following:

1. Identify the need for a hardware component
2. Create or attach a specification
3. Identify the standard (MIL, ANSI, ISO…)
4. Does CAD document exist?
   1. What product it belongs to?
   2. What CAD software it has been created?
5. Vendor name
6. Send through the approval rout
   

Also if you have created a submission form and willing to share it with me I would really appreciate it!!!
