Must run two sessions of Creo 2.0 M030 to see Workspace.
You should not need 2 sessions. There is something wrong if 1 session does not show the workspace and another one does.
Try rebooting your workstation and clearing local cache.
If the problem still exists, have your friendly system admin reboot the DB and Windchill servers.
