All this talk about "natural draft" and "rounds" is making me thirsty.
From what I remember; in order to add draft to surfaces with abutting fillets (without using insert mode, reconstructing existing features, reordering existing features, when working with imported geometry, etc.) you need to use modules such as Pro/CASTING or Pro/MOLDDESIGN for the ability to add draft in a tangential fashion (via a "Tangent Draft" feature):
