No puedo continuar sin instalar PTC Quality Agent?

Buenas,

Me he instalado la version de estudiante de Creo 3.0, y al iniciarlo me dice que sin registrarme en PTC Quality Agent no puedo seguir usando Creo.

Que es exactamente esto?
