Is there any method to evaluate centre of buoyancy in pro-e?

I did this for a part one time and it worked pretty good... The point at which buoyant force acts coincides with the center of mass.

Sorry, a little bit cryptic on the last response:

Set up a parameter called density (or use MP_DENSITY)

Do a volume analysis on the part and save it as a feature.

Set up a relation mulitplying the two to get the bouyant force.

Do a center of mass analysis on the part. The center of bouyancy force will act through that.
