This post should actually be in the ETC category, but I know not everyone subscribes to that one. I wanted to reach as many users as possible.

A huge note of gratitiude and thanks to anyone on the forum whoworks in the smart technology/prosthetic/implantableindustries. I was inspired to write this after watching CNN's report of the Boston Bombing survivors and recognizing the awesome engineering, designand technology at work in the prosthetics that allow them to get on with it after such life altering incidents.

Your work is giving life back to people who are walking again, hearing for the first time (sight is next) or otherwise byacheiving victory over their respective issues.
