Order in which Creo displays hole/shaft tolerances

Hi there,

Can anyone tell me whether Creo Elements/Pro can display hole and shaft tolerances as Nominal +/- tol (H7) as in item 1 below, rather than Nominal H7 (+/- tol), item 2 below??

I think/know that is working only like 2nd example.
