Point at center of curve?

Ok, in WF2 where did they put the place point at center of curve? I
found an earlier post but the answer posted did not work. I cannot find
the pulldown option "at center".

Thanks!

Choose "Center" from the hidden drop down menu (I'm not kidding) in the
reference dialog box

I can't find my screen-capture of it at the present time...

I have an assembly model where the pulldown simply does not exist, nomatter what I do. Other models, it is there.

I'll check. The "hole" is on a slightly curved surface. Does the surface have to be flat?
