If we use position servomotor then the velocity and acc we find from measure will be d/dt of position and d^2/dt^2 of position at each time and whether the acc we measure in such a manner and the one we will will measure from velocity servo motor will be same or not?

I am trying to verify it but let me know your opininon if am wrong.

Yes, but of course this is only true for the body the servo motor is applied to, along with any other bodies that are rigidly attached to the servo-driven body.
