Pro/E Skeleton model becoming packaged

Has anybody out there seen this problem before where a Pro/E Skeleton
model has become packaged somehow?
Repairing it also brings up a menu I have never seen before "Fix Location"
The packaging issue also drives down into the sub-assy's which don't have
skeletons but are assembled to the top level skeleton.

Craig,
are you sure it is a genuine skeleton? It might be an ordinary solid part
used and named as a skeleton.

Bjarne
