QualityAgent_32.msi

Creo 2.0 will not let me run with out this. I tried installing it and it says it cannot be found. Creo opens and I get the message saying it will not run and will shut down anyone know anything about this

Matthew,

when I finish Creo 2.0 installation, I always uninstall PTC Quality Manager. This piece of software is not necessary to launch Creo 2.0 Parametric successfully.

I suggest you to uninstall Creo 2.0 and make clean new installation once again.
