I have been having the same problem. I called PTC Technical Support and they told me that my OLE functionality is not configured correctly on my PC. He confirmed this by having me try to insert an image into Microsoft Word by means of OLE and it also just put the icon in the file instead of the contents of the image. He said he couldn't give me any info on configuring OLE correctly because it is functionality of Microsoft products. Our IT department was not able to provide me with instructions on configuring this either. Does anyone out there know how to properly configure OLE so the functionality will work within ProE Wildfire 2.0?
