Regenerate Shortcuts not working in WF4

All,


Has anybody had issues with regenerate shortcuts not working? I've seen
this problem a number of times - control+g won't work and I'm forced to
go to edit -> regenerate. I'm on WF4 070.

Additional note: the problem doesn't occur all the time. It works about
60% of the time.
