SUMMARY: upgrade to WF3 - problems with items checked out?
Wow, I got a lot of replies in short order. The consensus is this: PTC tells you that you don't need to check everything in, but DO IT ANYWAY, because it's very likely there will be corruptions, whatever PTC says.
