Save deformed state

Hi all

Does anyone know if it's possible to save the deformed state of a static analysis?

I may be dreaming that I've seen it done...

Alternatively, is it possible to determine the new volume?

Thanks

Rui

Hello Rui,

I believe you can perform an export of a vrml in the Mechanica results
window. From

there you can import that vrml file into ProE. If I remember correctly it
is just a surface

model.

Hope this helps,

Steve

Thanks to Steve.

This is exactly what I had seen and was looking for. In reality it's a facet model, less useful than a surface one :(
