Text symbols for corrugated boxes

Looking for text symbols for packaging.

I am in a process of creating packaging boxes for products and I am in a need of text symbols like recycle, fragile, top, etc. that appear on boxes.

Any recommendation where to get them or how to create them?

It might be better to do this with custom symbols rather than text symbols.

I have used text fonts for symbols with varying levels of success.

Custom symbols are fine, I just need to get them somewhere (where?) or create them.

Any direction how to create a custom symbol?
