A user is receiving the following error. "The value for MASS_GR cannot be changed". The material properties have the correct units and agree with the standards we apply. Any thoughts of what could be the issue? Thanks CREO2 m120 ~ Windchill 10 m20

Tim,
Parameter Mass_GR is relation based.
Try updating mass properties using File > Prepare > Change Mass properties > Generate report and try Save and upload.
This is all about Creo, not sure about Windchill as Windchill is out of my expertise.
Hi,
what action is user doing ?
MH
Hi,
- He is checking-out the drawing and part from Windchill.
- Delete the model from the .prt file
- Append a step into the same .prt file
- Assign new material from a library
- Model check, to assign missing tolerance, and various notes.
- Save and upload
o Failed upload: “The value for MASS_GR cannot be changed” shows at this point
Note:
- We have made sure the material properties agree with standard before and after error. (Millimeter kilogram second)
- The material library is our standard and has been viewed for proper units, in the event units was recently changed.
- Even “save and upload” as checked-out, with no changes results in the same upload error.
Hopefully this offers some good information , and I appreciate your help.
Kind regards,
Tim
Tim,
Is it in all of the files or data specific? Can you upload a sample file to look?

Nice ... Thank you Mahesh!
Generating the report allowed the file upload without the error.
I appreciate the help.
