Thread for holes having sketch

Hello

Is there possibility to provide thread into hole having sketch?

If this is not possible, what one need to do for holes with threading having more than two taping. Refer snap for front view of hole without threading on which I need thread.

Please feel free to ask in case more information is required.

After creating the hole, use the cosmetic thread option.
