I recently installed Creo 2.0 Student Edition for my laptop, but Creo parametric says it is the trial version. Please help!

There might have been an issue during the install.
I did in fact follow the link, but after waiting 2 days, I have received no notification.
Did you get your academic version through a reseller or directly from PTC?
If so, you could try to get them to get in contact with a person at PTC.
One would think PTC has an interest in having happy customers.
Anyone in tech support monitoring this thread?
