Variable Round/Chamfer

hi, i was just wondering if anyone could help me to create a variable round or chamfer on a cylinder. the result i want is a pool cue. i.e goes from about 12mm at the tip to around 20 mm at the end. help would be much appreciated.

select the radius then make a right click with the mouse and choose "add radius"
