Very high quality

Hello All,

Why do I have so many qualityagent.exe's running?

It may be related to global sensitivity studies.

I periodically end the processes because they eat all my cpu.

Any thoughts?

Creo3.0 M030 (because the client is using this version)

Thanks

Charles,

maybe qualityagent.exe proces related to Creo3.0 M030 does not end, when you finish Creo session.

BTW, if you are using commerial license of Creo and you do not want to send information about Creo usage to PTC, then you can uninstall PTC Diagnostic Tool (formerly PTC Quality Agent).

Hello Charles,

you should open a case with TS

Usually qualityagent.exe runs only for some split seconds two times per session: at session start and at session end

Something must prevent it from going away after the session ends and so you are "collecting" quite a number of them.

Thanks,

Gunter
