WF 2.0 menus

I find I can't add to my menu/toolbars when I am in sketcher mode, and when I am not in sketcher mode the sketcher toolbar isn't available for obvious reasons. So how can I add or remove items from my sketcher toolbar?

You can add them if you are creating a sketch feature (external sketch) in a part or a sketch (sec file).
