Where to find Pro/E jobs?

Can someone recommend places to look for jobs using Pro/E

Hi all,

This feels like a stupid question, but I have to ask.
We're about to go to WF4 from WF2, probably the last company on the planet to do so. Hoping to get to CREO later in the year.
We also activated our Advanced XE license packages from the old Process Modeler and Foundation packages.

Included with the Advanced XE package, we got seats of AAX, ISDX, BMX, MDO and RSX.
First off, does anyone know what RSX is? I'm not even sure Ptc knows.

More importantly, how do I activate the module specific functionality?
The three rows of screen shots below (WF4) are the Applications and Insert dropdowns for three of the modules with part and assy open, and all the choices are the same.
If I go to tools>floating modules, there are no choices for these modules. Do I need to go down deeper into the menu structure?

Any comments/suggestions? What am I missing?

The X in the RSX stands for Extension.
You need to select the needed extension when you are creating the launch
command in the licensing screen within ptcsetup.


From PTC Support:


Configure Startup extensions or Floating options* to be requested at startup
1. Go to <loadpoint>\Bin directory
2. Run the ptcsetup.bat
3. Walk through the installation to Optional Configuration Steps screen
4. Check the box Additional license configurations
5. Click the Next button open the License Configuration screen
6. Select the desired startup command from the list
7. Click the Edit button to open the Select Licenses dialog window
8. Move the required license(s) to the right under Selected Licenses
9. Select OK to close the dialog
10. Complete the configuration by clicking the Configure button or the Next button
until Configure is available
PTC Startup extension licenses only be obtained in conjunction with a license-to-run at
launch of the application

FAPRSX is the full license version of routed systems at least in Wildfire 4. Piping, Cabling, Harness, plus. See attached. With RSD & CreoSchematics there is an additional license RSDESIGNER. For old ProDiagram the license was Routed_Systems_SET. Confusing, yes.
