Winchill workspace viewing issue.

I have a problem with one of my users getting the wrong default display look to his work space window. This same problem also is a problem in that it will not show anything from the Windchill Cabinets. Does anyone have an idea how to change this? Or where it gets set?

You're offline. Notice that the commonspace folder is grayed out. Go to server manager and unselect "work offline".
