anyone get &harn.run.len to show up in a 3D note in the Pro/E model?

anyone get &harn.run.len to show up in a 3D note in the Pro/E model?

I am using WF4 and would like the ability to attach the 3D annotation to the bundle which shows its length. There is nothing on the PTC support site about it.
