pcf advice needed

For companies with multiple printers to choose from, what is the
preferred practice?

- multiple pcf files with plotter_command defined for each printer
- 1 pcf file that uses MS_PRINT_MGR to allow user to choose the desired
printer

If your answer was multiple pcf files, how do you manage who gets which
ones (since users will only want to see the ones that they use)? I know
it adds a click for the users to select a printer if you go the
MS_PRINT_MGR route (and I think that is the only disadvantage), but that
sure seems like the simplest way to go.

Thanks,
AB

We use 1 pcf file that uses MS_PRINT_MGR to allow user to choose the
desired printer
